Bundle Sales - Final Sale Policy
All Platinum915® pre-launch bundle purchases, including the Rasta Rocks™ Island Bundle, Most Divine Bundle™, and Spiritual Reset Bundle™, are FINAL SALE. Pre-Launch bundles are not eligible for return or refund. In the case of a confirmed damaged or incorrect item within the bundle, Platinum915® will replace that specific item only.
Bundle contents are fixed and cannot be modified, substituted, or partially returned. Customers may not return a bundle on the basis that one or more items within the bundle remain unopened.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect item within a bundle, Platinum915® will replace that specific item only, not the full bundle, subject to photo documentation submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Pre-Launch Orders
For pre-launch items, you will receive automatic updates on estimated shipping dates. Platinum915® ensures that all pre-launch products meet our FDA- and GMP-compliant standards before shipment.
Pre-Launch orders are non-refundable once processed. In the event of a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery and fulfillment date, Platinum915® will offer customers the option to cancel for a full refund.
Platinum915® reserves the right to make minor formula refinements between the pre-launch date and fulfillment date to maintain quality and compliance standards. Any such changes will not materially alter the product's intended function or ingredient category.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in confirmed cases of damaged or incorrect individual product orders. Pre-Launch bundles, and opened or used items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Damaged or incorrect items within a bundle will be replaced with that specific item only, not refunded.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Platinum915® reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
No Price Adjustments
Platinum915® does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases, promotional pricing, pre-launch pricing, or sale pricing after an order has been placed. All sales are final at the price confirmed at checkout.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By completing a purchase on platinum915.com, you agree to contact Platinum915® directly to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Please contact us at info@platinum915.com or 1-855-752-8915 and allow us the opportunity to resolve your concern.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact with Platinum915® Customer Support will be disputed with full documentation including order records, tracking confirmation, and this published policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery at 1-855-752-8915 or info@platinum915.com with your order number and clear photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item. Claims submitted after 72 hours or without photo documentation may not be eligible for replacement.
Platinum915® will review all claims and, upon approval, ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item only. Replacements are subject to product availability.
Individual Product Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our individual products. If you are not completely satisfied, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Refunds are offered on individual product purchases.
Opened or used individual products are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping
Platinum915® offers shipping for our plant-based nutraceuticals and alcohol-free beverages within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally. All orders are processed with care to ensure your products arrive safely. Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days via trusted carriers and include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Platinum915® is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they have been handed off for shipment. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at info@platinum915.com or 1-855-752-8915 so we can assist in filing a claim. Platinum915® is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, natural disasters, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Errors
Platinum915® is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted and may not be possible after fulfillment has begun.
Age Requirement
All Platinum915® products are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Platinum915® reserves the right to cancel orders where age verification cannot be confirmed.
Right to Cancel Orders
Platinum915® reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders flagged for suspected fraud, address discrepancies, payment issues, or violations of this policy. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Platinum915®, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Reformulation Notice
All Platinum915® products are being reformulated with FDA-registered, GMP-compliant botanical nutraceuticals. They are THC-free, CBD-free, and contain no cannabinoids. New formulas are coming soon.
